Nostalgia Evening March 2015

Bath City Evening of Nostalgia
TR Hayes Lounge, Twerton Park
Friday 6th March
7.30pm

A evening of nostalgia is being hosted for Bath City fans by the Bath City Supporters Club on Friday 6th March. It’s a chance for supporters to come on down to Twerton Park and bring their old photos of the club and talk about all things Bath City.

It will be hosted up stairs in the TR Hayes Lounge, kindly sponsored by Bath’s largest independent furniture retailer, which usually entertains match day sponsors for the club. Doors will open at 7.30pm for a 8pm start with a talk about what is on show. It’s free entry and the bar will be open through to 10.30pm.

The main part of the evening will be Phil Tanner showing old photos he has of our beloved football club. It is hoped that as the photos are shown it will spark old memories in which people can recollect and share stories with each other. On show there will around 90 images covering the period from 1950 to 1999; so its late 20th century City.

There will also be a chance to purchase club shop items such as 125 limited edition pin badges and this season’s away shirt and much more.

Extra events like this keep non league clubs going when there isn’t a home game that week so your support is much appreciated on evenings like this one.

Bath’s next home game isn’t until Saturday March 14th when they entertain Concord Rangers at home. This will be a community day for the club, with a pay what you want on the gate. So make sure you keep a look out for the posters going up this weekend around the City.
